If you do not understand what you believe believe you understand

Write or talk about science or religion?

I would rather leave them to the experts and me as the ever inquisitive observer.  By my experience it would take me much longer time to write a good and readable piece about these topics.  But today I came down  into a rare piece of news in the web, which I also heard on radio but missed the details.  The article was not too long but when I did some more research about the topic,  I was met with formulas and equations too difficult for me to understand, like  E=M2c,  B=v/c and truly these are the things I hated in high school.  In truth I got failures in algebra and trigo.
Anyway let me go back to the piece of news I found in the web.
Tiny subatomic particles travel faster than the speed of light.  A team of experimental physicists at the world renown CERN laboratories in Switzerland performed repeated experiments that they observed neutrinos indeed travel faster than the speed of light.  Neutrinos was hurtled from a base in Geneva and beamed toward another base in Italy that is approximately 454 miles away.  And voila the tiny particles, neutrinos  arrived at the other base in Italy  faster than the speed of  light  As to how the scientists measured the speed and arrived at their final observations.  I leave it again to the experts to explain the formulas and equations because I found it hard to understand.
Though most scientists all over the world are still full of doubts. Most of them belived something new is really coming.  Doubts they say is the beginning of wisdom.
If indeed, then Albert Einstein's ideas and theories that had served the science world for more than a hundred years, particularly in modern physic's relativity theory and quantum physics might crumble and all written materials and books then must be revised.  Wow what a mess!
I would rather say religion is easier and much faster to undrstand and maybe even faster than Christ multiplication of the loaves at the Mount of Beatitude.
Some cynics say in religion if you do not understand what you believe believe that you understand. I hope and pray your day is a little easier now.
