Warn the enemy before launching an attack, said the ' wise'

Only bits of local events that  matter.
Next AFP target: Al-Barka says the headline.
Basilan Vice Governor Al Rasheed Sakalahul proposed to the Philippine military authorities to inform and coordinate with Basilan provincial leaders before launching an attack on the enemy, the Abu Sayaf and the criminal group of the MILF holed up in Al-Barka, so that they can have enough time to move out civilians from the target areas.  Well and good.
But another way of saying  the good governor's proposals or 'is it instruction'  to the military is inform the Basilan officials when the military is coming so that the enemy also may have enough time to move out to safer places.
Not all of us are nincompoop.  One may not have to be college educated to understand   the vice gobernor's line of reasoning.  And the soldiers need not be PMA grads to read the good governors mind.
No wonder nineteen young soldiers died in the hands of the enemy,  eleven days ago yes they died like dogs, perhaps because of weak government lead.
