Because it can and because its canned

Once there was a joke.  Why does a dog lick its private parts?  One quick-witted boy replied, because it can.


And why does China show its dirty and big front teeth at the Spratlys?  Does it mean a tooth for  a tooth? saber-rattling bravado or plain bullying?   None of the above some say.  But the quick-witted boy said, because it can.


When the Philippine National Police slaughtered about a dozen tourists   Chinese Nationals at the Luneta Grandstand not long ago, Why did the police stage the killings? The quick-witted boy was asked.  Yet, even if his mouth was shut he managed to murmur, because they can.   And why do Chinese nationals mostly members of drug syndicates apprehended  in drug cases go scot free? Because they gave Coke  in can.


Why do Philippine tuna fished in Philippine waters and brought to China and shipped back to the Philippines as  exports not rotten?  Because its canned.   And why do Pinoys loved canned fish?  Because eating canned sardines in the Philippines is still a luxury than eating grilled chicken.


Lastly, why is the quick-witted boy stopped talking?  Because he is scared being canned.
