A drooling Senator

     Some may call it, just floating the idea and or to condition the minds of the public.  Yet, rumor mongers are busy with their startling talk, that Drilon will be the next  Chief Justice of the Philippine Supreme Court.   That the ongoing impeachment trial is a 'done deal'.   Corona will be acquitted and will eventually step down and Frank Drilon will replace him.  How about that?   
       Well, it is still fresh in the minds of many that when presiding officer Enrile offered to vacate his position, the eyes of this man twirled around the four corners of the session hall.  Power hungry? Not maybe just astonished.


       Now, this man is drooling to become the next chief justice.   Some people may not question his qualifications because he was once Secretary of Justice and for some time senate president.   But, yes,  his recent and present character as senator-judge-prosecutor and then in the end become the next chief justice, Chutzpah! A modern version of Oedipus Complex, kill his father and marry his mother!
       Let all hell break loose! the nerve!
