Yes, we have no quarrel because I firmly believe in this dictum.
Romblon writers posted a valid comment on blagmell 'More on the bout between Noynoy and Corona' It said, "The country is not in a constitutional crisis but a moral crisis. The crisis is not legal but moral and Corona is not legalist but opportunist. It said the justices might have to resign that the judicial and bar council may select a new set of justices to the Supreme Court.
What is legal may not be moral and likewise what is moral may not be legal. (my apology I am not a lawyer) The questions? Who sets the standard of morals? And who is the authority on the legal? And if all the justices resigned and Noynoy appoints all the members of the high court it may be again called Aquino court. The arguments never stop. If we brought down the Supreme Court (I refuse to call it constitutional crisis) there will be breakdown of law and order particularly in the provinces. People may stop to believe and honor the legal system and all these may lead to chaos, government paralysis and eventual collapse and remotely civil war- God forbid. All these are among the essential elements to establish a dictatorship. A dictatorship by whom?
