Sheriff Abe the man in extreme fear, one more

In my last piece about Sheriff Abe Andres of Davao city,  I decided his kind of reasoning to be a lost case.  But when I went to bed that night my conscience bothered me  to reconsider him.  This man is in fear, fear for his life, the safety and security of his family, fear of what will happen if he does and if he does nothing, fear of what will happen next or maybe fear of the unknown, anxiety, sick, and at that moment  I forgot and zzzzzzzzzz.  This morning after my coffe I tried to recall my thoughts of the man.   Yes we like winners we  clapped our hands for them  we want to give them awards as many people did to mayor Inday Sara of Davao city.  But there are as many people and maybe more including myself who love underdogs. We cheer them, we give them encouragements to face the challenge try other approach and do more.   Sheriff Abe the underdog will at any point in time raise his arms with fists closed tight see the light and go to fight. It is just the grand scheme of our universe that one has to win and the other lose.  And in a fight to know that  you can lose is the beginning of courage.  But losing is not a failure and winning as in losing is not the permanent
scheme.   Mr. Sheriff I do not look you down because of your fear.  It is human nature in us.  Fear is our body's response to possible danger, hence we put up the defense, that is either fight or flight.  That time you chosed flight.  Mr Sheriff  may I remind you of what my Lolo Ampong, who now lived in the Glorious Land above the sky, who said "those who fight and run away will come back to fight another day.
