Sr tittle-tattle bla bla

In sales: watch for buying signals (WBS) is a very important point to remember when you are a salesman, even if you are selling your own self to an employer or selling high-end products like cars and town-houses. This I learned in my early days as a salesman. WBS was deeply instilled into my concious self during a seminar I attended in the past. This technique had improve my sales production and performance. That for many yrears to come also imroved my earning capabilities that one day I put up my own trucking company and two years later a construction supply and hardware business. Watch for buying signals has become a professional practice and a strong trust and confidence in all my sales adventures. It worked like magic in every customer
I met. The effectiveness of WBS urged me to spread my learning to friends who did not know it. Cesar A. a young salesman and former seminarian later joined my group. I saw him hard-woking and diligent. He most of the time came with me in my regular routinary trips that I shared to him some of my techniques. He was a fast-learner and he is now a rich man. He now owns several buildings one is a high-rise along EDSA. Yet in all our reunion with friends he never refused to talk about his humble biginnings and the encouragement I gave to him during his early days that brought him to where he is now. In 2005 my God interupted me " You did it son." I could feel Him telling me. I had a heart surgery and a stroke, the twin fatal ailments. Today I am happy I am still around keeping my blogs whichever they may go. I thank my God with all my heart He gave me a new life. Yes I had stopped earning a living, now just living my life at my 60s with my wife still strong and healthy but not my care-giver because I can still care for myself. But she's my driver. We enjoy our travels. For more than a year we stayed in Singapore hoping tha I might recover faster somehow. For some time we stayed in Korea. By next year we are scheduled for Canada. Though in our senior years we honestly feel we are closer to the dparture area. I still enjoy my life. They say a life well-lived is long enough. Next post I may touch some peoples lives. Mel#
